Square Root Error in Floating Point Custom Instruction 2

Description

When you implement the Nios II processor with the floating point custom instruction 2 component, the component might produce an incorrect result when computing the square root with custom instruction 251, fsqrts. This error can occur when the expected result is close to 1.0.
