Simulation Runs Infinitely When Using The SDI II MegaCore Design Testbench

Description

When you simulate the generated SDI II MegaCore design example, the simulation runs infinitely. The simulation testbench fails if you set the following features of the SDI II MegaCore to create the design example:

Select Triple Standard for the Video Standard option

Turn on the Tx PLL Dynamic Switching option

Turn on the Increse Error Tolerance Level option

This issue affects the SDI II MegaCore in Quartus II software version 13.0SP1.

None.

This issue will be fixed in Quartus II software version 13.1.
