Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 20.3 and earlier, the sof2flash utility might fail to output the .bin file in an Intel®
Cyclone® 10 GX device.

The following error message might be seen:

        SEVERE: sof2flash: Unrecognized device family in SOF.
        SEVERE: of2flash: Please supply an offset where you would like your SOF located.
