SDI II RX Fails to Lock when Multiple RX Instances are Instantiated

Description

When you instantiate several triple rate or multi rate SDI II RX instances in one design, some or all of the RX instances will fail to lock.

Resolution

There is no workaround for this issue.

This issue is fixed in version 16.0 Update 2 of of the SDI II IP core and in the design example\'s reconfiguration management files.
