rx_recovclkout Not Supported in Arria V GX

Description

Designs that include a Triple-Speed Ethernet and target an Arria V GX device do not fit and fail to share a common PLL when you connect the rx_recovclkout clock to an output pin. The issue is due to the PMA Direct configuration that is supported only for the 10-Gbps channels of Arria V GT devices at serial data rates above 6.5536-Gbps.

Resolution

Do not connect the rx_recovclkout clock to an output pin in the designs.
