Running qsys-generate with the --output_directory Flag Causes Qsys Pro to Generate Report and Simulation Files in an Unsupported Directory

Description

When you run the qsys-generate command with the --output_directory flag in Qsys Pro, the resulting report and simulation files will reside in a unsupported directory that is different from the simulation and report file directories for the rest of the design system\'s hierarchy.

This issue affects the Quartus^® Prime Pro Edition software.

Resolution

Do not use the --output_directory flag when you run the qsys-generate command to generate report and simulation files.
