Regeneration of Timing Reports after Switching Speed or Temperature Grades Causes the TimeQuest GUI to Encounter a Fatal Error

Description

For commands running in multicorner report mode (that is, the -multi_corner option), the regeneration of any preexisting multicorner report after you switch the speed or temperature grades causes the TimeQuest GUI to encounter a fatal error.

This issue affects the Quartus^® Prime Standard Edition software and the Quartus Prime Pro Edition software.

Resolution

Delete all multicorner reports after you switch the speed or temperature grades.

You have the option to preserve these multicorner reports by exporting them. To export a multicorner report before you delete it, right-click on the report and then select Export... in the right-click menu.
