RapidIO IP Core does not support message passing error management

Description

This issue affects RapidIO core that targets an Arria 10 device.

When the Avalon-ST pass-through interface is enabled and at least one of the Data Messages options of Source Operation and Destination Operation is turned on in the RapidIO parameter editor, the message passing error management extension ports are added in the RapidIO core top wrapper, but missing in the next level. Inputs through the error management ports will not set the corresponding CSRs that outlined in Table: Message Passing Error Management Input Ports of the RapidIO MegaCore Function User Guide.

Resolution

This issue has no workaround.

This issue is fixed in version 15.1 of the RapidIO IP core.
