RapidIO II IP Core Might Transmit More Than 515 Consecutive IDLE2 Characters

Description

According to the RapidIO Interconnect Specification, Revision 2.2, the total length of the IDLE Sequence 2 random data field can be no more than 515 characters. However, the RapidIO II IP core might generate a sequence of 516 consecutive IDLE2 characters.

Resolution

This issue has no workaround.

This issue is fixed in version 14.1 of the RapidIO II MegaCore function.
