RapidIO I IP Core: IOS Read error not asserted

Description

For a IOS read request, the IOS readerror will not assert if the core receives a Error read response without PAYLOAD. It works fine for Error read response with PAYLOAD.

This issue affects Arria 10 x4/x2 (regardless of Baudrate), Stratix V 5G x4, and Arria V 3.125G x4 mode configurations.

Resolution

You must wait for timeout, for the core to respond the read request.

This issue is fixed in version 16.0 of the RapidIO I IP Core.
