Qsys (Beta) might generate error messages for designs containing a Nios II processor

Description

If you generate a design that contains a Nios II processor, Qsys might generate messages similar to the following:

Generation callback did not provide a top level file. Found altera_nios2_qsys_<random character>.v in output directory - callback must ‘add_file /altera_nios2_qsys_<random characte r>.v {SIMULATION SYNTHESIS}

Resolution

You may safely ignore these messages.
