Pressing Esc during installation of the Altera Complete Design Suite causes the Altera Installer to exit immediately

Description

If you press the Esc key during installation of the Altera® Complete Design Suite, the Altera Installer exits immediately, leaving incorrectly installed software.

Resolution

Do not press the Esc key while the Altera Installer is open.

This issue is fixed beginning with the Quartus® II software version 10.0 SP1.
