PowerPlay Power Analyzer report and .pin incorrectly reports the VCCERAM voltage is 0.95 V

Description

In the Quartus® II software release version 14.0 Arria® 10 edition, the PowerPlay Power Analyzer report and Pin-Out File (.pin) incorrectly reports the VCCERAM voltage of production devices as 0.95 V.

Resolution

There is no workaround. The correct Arria 10 production device VCCERAM voltage is 0.90 V.
