No appropriate method, property, or field MantBits for class Simulink.NumericType

Description

This error occurs when opening or simulating a Simulink® model containing an NCO under Matlab® 2013b.

Resolution

This is caused by changes in Matlab 2013b that are not compatible with the version 13.1 of DSP Builder®.

This has been fixed in Quartus® II software version 13.1.3.
