Memory IP on Stratix V Devices Does Not Support Frequencies Below 150 MHz

Description

This problem affects QDR II products.

For Stratix V devices, only memory interface frequencies greater than 150 MHz are supported.

Resolution

The workaround for this issue is to not use frequencies less than 150 MHz.

This issue will not be fixed.
