Low Latency Ethernet 10G MAC fails to generate simulation files on Windows

Description

When using the Low Latency Ethernet 10G MAC in Quartus® Prime versions 15.1 and later, simulation files fail to generate on Windows.

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus Prime software
