Is there a known issue with the static power estimate of some Arria® 10 devices?

Description

Yes, in the Quartus® Prime Standard and Pro Edition Software version 17.1, the Power Analyzer provides incorrect static power estimates for the following Arria® 10 device variants: 

• 10AS022xxxxxxxVx, 10AS016xxxxxxxVx, 10AX022xxxxxxxVx, 10AX016xxxxxxxVx
• 10AS032xxxxxxxVx, 10AS027xxxxxxxVx, 10AX032xxxxxxxVx, 10AX027xxxxxxxVx
• 10AS048xxxxxxxVx, 10AS048xxxxxxxVx

Resolution

Refer to the 17.1 version of the Arria® 10 FPGA Early Power Estimator (EPE) for accurate static power estimates for these devices.
