Is the Quartus II software compatible with Digital Guardian software?

Description

To run the Quartus® II software with Digital Guardian software, you must add the Quartus II executables as exceptions as outlined below. Otherwise, the Quartus II software cannot run properly, and you may see errors such as

Fatal Error: Access Violation at <Hexadecimal address>

Resolution

To work around this issue, add the following processes as exceptions on the machine where Digital Guardian is installed:

• quartus_map.exe
• quartus_fit.exe
• quartus_asm.exe
• quartus_sta.exe
• quartus_eda.exe

These are the only executables that need to be added for this workaround.
