Is the Quad-Serial configuration device dummy clock cycle in a .map file correct when the configuration device is EPCQ-A?

Description

No.  When you use Convert Programming File utility of Intel® Quartus® Prime software and choose one of EPCQ-A device for Configuration device, the created .map file reports Quad-Serial configuration device dummy clock cycle is 12, which is incorrect.  The correct dummy clock cycle for each operation in EPCQ-A device is shown in EPCQ-A Serial Configuration Device Datasheet.
