Description

Due to the unavailability of Intel® Stratix® 10 MX device RLC data, the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 19.1 and earlier may crash with the Internal Error stated, during IBIS model generation.

Resolution

This problem is fixed starting with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software 19.3.
