Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Standard Edition Software, you may see this problem when running the Analysis & Elaboration compilation phase. 

Resolution

To work around this problem, assign cgate_out.len[10:0] to a temp wire and use that temp wire in your module instantiation, this will fix the IE.
