Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Standard Edition Software version 23.1 and earlier, you might see this internal error during the Fitter stage. This internal error might occur when the design utilizes both the Design Partition feature and the DUPLICATE_ATOM assignment.

Resolution

To work around this problem, remove the DUPLICATE_ATOM assignment in the Quartus® Settings FIle (*.qsf) or avoid using the Design Partition feature.
