Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® II software version 12.0 SP2, you may see this internal error if your design contains an Avalon® Memory-Mapped interface.

Resolution

To work around this problem, use a different seed as the problem is seed dependent.

This problem is fixed beginning with the Quartus II software version 12.1.
