Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software, you may see this internal error during the fitter stage of compilation. This error occurs when there is an IOPLL in the design with an unconnected clock output.

Resolution

To work around this problem, make sure that all of the IOPLL clock outputs are connected to a valid destination.
