Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® II software version 13.0 SP1 Windows edition, you may see this internal error when opening a SignalTap™ II File (.stp) file that was created with the Linux version of the Quartus II software.

Resolution

To work around this problem, rename .stp file to a different name in Windows and open again with the SignalTap II Logic Analyzer.

This problem has been fixed beginning with the Quartus II software version 15.0
