Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® II software version 12.0 SP2 and earlier, you may see this error when exporting post-synthesis partition.

Resolution

To work around this problem, disable the SignalTap™ II Logic Analyzer in your design before compiling your design and then export the design partition.

This problem is fixed beginning with the Quartus II software version 12.1.
