Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime software version 15.1, you may see this internal error in your Arria® 10 design. The error occurs when an IOPLL does not have its refclk connected.

Resolution

To work around this problem, connect the IOPLL refclk to a valid clock source.

This situation is scheduled to provide an error message in a future release of the Quartus Prime software.
