Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® II programmer version 12.0, you may see this error for designs using more than one Parallel Flash Loader (PFL) Megafunction where one of the PFL instances is unable to connect to the flash device.

Resolution

This issue is fixed beginning with the Quartus II software versions 12.1.
