Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 20.2 and earlier, you might see this internal error when the pins of oct_rzqpin and ddr_pll_clk for the EMIF core are set as Virtual Pin.

Resolution

To work around this problem, turn off the Virtual Pin setting for the two pins. 

This problem is fixed beginning with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 21.3.
