Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime software version 16.1 update 2, you may see the internal error with Arria® 10 devices at beginning of the fitter stage.

Resolution

There is no workaround in the Quartus Prime software version 16.1 update 2.

This problem is fixed in Quartus Prime software version 17.0.
