Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Standard Edition Software version 17.1 Update 2 or later, you may see this internal error when the location assignment for the HPS IP had been removed from the .qip files.

Resolution

To work around the problem, regenerate the HPS IP. The location assignment is auto generated to the .qip file.
