Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® II software version 14.1 and earlier, you may see this internal error when compiling a design that includes the SignalTap™ II Logic Analyzer and the instance name specified in the SignalTap II file contains spaces.

Resolution

To work around this problem, remove any spaces from instance names in the SignalTap II file.

This problem is fixed beginning with the Quartus II software version 15.0
