Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® II software version 14.0, you may see this error when  ADVANCED_PHYSICAL_OPTIMIZATION is enabled for Arria® V devices.

Resolution

To work around this problem, set ADVANCED_PHYSICAL_OPTIMIZATION to off in the Quartus II Settings File (.qsf).

This feature is not supported for Arria V devices in the Quartus II software version 14.0.
