Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 24.1, you might see this internal error in projects that include the NoC Initiator FPGA IP.

Resolution

To work around this problem, include the following assignment in your Quartus® Settings File (.qsf):

set_instance_assignment -name PRESERVE_FANOUT_FREE_WYSIWYG ON -to *|intel_noc_initiator_0

This problem is fixed in version 24.2 of the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software.
