Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Standard Edition software version 17.1 Update 1 and earlier, you may see this error message at Fitter stage.

Resolution

To workaround this problem, remove the Intel® Max® 10 device(s) with part number starting with 10M08* and 10M16* from the list of migration devices.

This problem is fixed beginning with version 18.0 of the Intel Quartus Prime Standard Edition software.
