Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 18.1 Update 2 and earlier, you may see this error when using EMIF Debug Toolkit.

Resolution

This error is caused by the lack of a refence clock, please make sure the refence clock frequency is correct and present before the EMIF Debug toolkit is running.

This problem is fixed in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 20.1.
