Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 23.2, you might see this error when you compile a design targetting an Cyclone® 10 GX device.

Resolution

To avoid this error, install the device support package for Arria® 10 device. 

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software.
