Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 23.1, you may see this internal error when you compile a design with only the Intel® Cyclone® 10 GX device support installed.

This problem occurs because the tool uses the Intel® Arria® 10 timing corner during compilation. 

Resolution

To workaround this problem, install the Intel® Arria® 10 device support in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software.

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software.
