Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 23.2 and earlier, you might see this internal error when compiling a design using the Intel® FPGA IP Evaluation Mode.

Resolution

To workaround this problem, compile the design with a valid IP license in place.

This problem is fixed beginning with version 23.2 of the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software.
