Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 22.1, you may see this internal error in some seeds during the Fitter (Finalize) stage when targetting any Intel Agilex® device.

 

Resolution

To work around this problem, re-run the design with a different seed.

 

This problem is fixed starting with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 22.2.
