[Internal] Does the Arria V hard memory controller support RLDRAM II and QDRII / II ?

You may see RLDRAMII hard memory PHY and QDRII hard memory PHY columns in the pin-out file for the Arria® V device as seen here:

Resolution

Arria V support for RLDRAM II and QDR II / II controllers is limited to the soft memory controller. The RLDRAM II hard memory PHY and QDR II/II hard memory PHY columns will be removed in a future version of the Arria V Device Pin-Out files.
