Description

When generating the PLL Intel® FPGA IP targeting Arria® V devices, the file appears to be generated correctly, but the log file generates the following message:

Info (20034): Auto device selection is not supported for Arria V device family. The default device, 5AGXFB3H6F35C6, is set

The message is incorrect and will not affect your phase-locked loop (PLL) settings and compilation.

Resolution

The message is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus® II software.
