Incorrect .sof generated for Stratix V PMA Direct Channels

Description

The SRAM Object Files (.sof) generated by the Quartus II Assember for Stratix V designs that include PMA Direct channels are nonfunctional. One possible symptom is nonresponsive receiver channels.

Resolution

This issue is corrected in the Quartus II software version 12.0 SP1.
