Incorrect Product ID for 10GBASE-R PHY MegaCore Function

Description

The Altera Transceiver PHY IP Core User Guide state that the 10GBASE-R PHY IP Core Product ID is 00D7. However, the correct Product ID is 00D2.

Resolution

This issue is fixed in version 13.0 SP1 of the Altera Transceiver PHY IP Core User Guide.
