Incorrect Number of AUX Pre-Charge Pulses

Description

The DisplayPort IP core transmitter and receiver use incorrect number of pre-charge pulses for AUX transactions.

This issue may affect the inter-operation of some of the devices using the DisplayPort IP core, due to the lack of AUX channel communication.

This issue is fixed in version 14.1 of the DisplayPort IP core.
