Incorrect Handling of AUX I2C DEFER Replies in DisplayPort Transmitter

Description

The DisplayPort IP core transmitter incorrectly handles AUX I2C write replies by returning I2C DEFER. This issue may cause the EDID read and I2C tunnelling over AUX to fail.

This issue is fixed in version 14.1 of the DisplayPort IP core.
