In Intel® Arria®10, what power rail supplies the Hard IP for PCI Express?

Description

VCC supplies power to the Hard IP for PCI® Express cores in Intel® Arria® 10 devices.  

Resolution

This is different than the previous Stratix® V family which had a separate VCCHIP supply for the Hard IP for PCI Express cores.
