How to identify the Rx sinal is NTSC or PAL in SD-SDI?

There is no indication signal in the SDI IP core to identify if the received video data is NTSC or PAL when the format is SD-SDI.

Customer can use user logic to determine which mode by counting rx_F/rx_H pulse numbers beetween SAV and EAV symbols.
