The PDN tool has a limitation: the user can't choose a MAX® 10 FPGA-SL specific OPN.

Resolution

As an alternative, the user can use the device-agnostic version of the Altera® Power Delivery Network (PDN) Tool to evaluate the decoupling requirements. Kindly refer to the link below:
