How should I connect VCCIO3B and VREFB3BN0 pin in 10CX085 U84 package?

Description

For Intel® Cyclone® 10 GX FPGAs, 10CX085 U484 package does not have I/O bank 3B. However, you can see the I/O bank 3B pins exist in the pin file as VREFB3BN0 and VCCIO3B. These pin locations are H2, J1, K2, and K3. The pin file suggests that you connect these pins to power while the correct assignment should be to ground.

Resolution

Connect all these pins to ground.

This problem is fixed starting with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 18.1.
